A snow/winter preset for EnhancedSnow 2.0, AssaultKifle47's snow mod or GTAConnected.
This version probably doesn't work with FusionFix 4.0.0 and above, since it's not adjusted for the new sunshaft system, the new tonemapper and other stuff.
I'll try to create a winter version of the current timecycle preset this Winter I guess.

AssaultKifle47's snow mod: https://github.com/akifle47/Snow/releases/
A lightweight snow mod which is based on shaders instead of textures. Only a few mb huge compared to 4-5GB, but less complex in terms of vehicle physics and other factors.
Only meant to work with Rainy/Drizzle weathers, but you can also enable the snow for all weather presets in the config file. Also comes with a volumetric light feature for snowy
weathers. Can be used in combination with Enhanced Snow Mod 2.0.

Enhanced Snow Mod 2.0: https://www.moddb.com/mods/gta-iv-snow-mod-enhanced/downloads/gta-iv-enhanced-snow-mod-v20
More complex snow mod which is meant to work for all weathers. Replaces a lot of textures, so it's quite huge, but more complex and fun as well.
If you decide for this snow mod, I would personally recommend to use this version which includes Enhanced Snow Mod 2.0, Realistic Winter Trees, Snow Mod Reaction Fix,
Realistic Snow Sounds and Beta Winter Pedestrians bundled as an addon for FusionFix: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xlFkZUTVMfmqO538J4S1EEGQ4tzOrfOC/view

How to install:

1. Install the main files from my graphics mod before you do anything else.

2. Choose a snow mod and install it.

3. Move all files from the "Files" folder to your GTA IV main folder and replace everything.

4. Move all files from the "Files" folder to the update folder (from your main folder), if you use FusionFix. Otherwise the orginal timecycle will be loaded.

5. Done.
